Complaints
We do not handle complaints relating to the practise of pharmacists or pharmacies. Please read our Complaints policy.
If you have a question about pharmacy laws and licensing, or a concern about a local pharmacy, contact your local authority.
You can raise a concern with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) about a practitioner who you think:
- exhibits behaviour that is placing the public at risk
- practises their profession in an unsafe way, or
- makes unsafe judgements about their patients due to their health
You can also read the Code of Conduct for Pharmacists from the Pharmacy Board of Australia (PharmBA).
