This public statement outlines APC’s dedication to safeguarding its brand, educational materials, accreditation content and other intellectual property assets.

Our commitment

  • APC will comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to intellectual property and trademark protection in Australia.
  • APC will protect its trademarks, including names, logos and brands and ensure they are properly managed and used only in authorised ways that reflect APC’s values and strategy.
  • APC will protect all intellectual property, including exams, accreditation content, training materials, communications and confidential information, through robust policies and confidentiality agreements with staff, contractors and partners.

Breach management

  • APC encourages all stakeholders to respect APC’s intellectual property and trademarks rights and report any suspected misuse or breaches promptly.
  • APC is committed to promptly managing any suspected breaches through a transparent and staged breach management process.

Transparency and support

APC is committed to transparency regarding the management of its intellectual property and provides clear channels for feedback and queries related to its trademarks and IP.
